Our organized, collaborative, and comprehensive design process combines intention with innovation, and balances practical with playful elements. Learning about our clients and their goals is an essential part of our process from the moment we begin working together and remains at the forefront of our work until completion.

Initial Design Consultation
If we’re a good fit for your needs, we often begin with an Initial Design Consultation. Our team will do some research to learn more about your family, lifestyle, and functional and aesthetic goals. We will then schedule a collaborative 60-90 minute meeting in your home, walking through the home together, answering questions, and reviewing any construction drawings you may have. During the meeting we provide concrete and specific design suggestions based on what we see and hear, taking photos and measurements as needed. We will follow up this meeting with a Design Deck and Proposal that illustrates our ideas and outlines a scope of work for your project if you decide to move forward with our firm. Depending on the project, we will propose an hourly or flat fee arrangement.
Initial Design Consultation fee: $350.
Design Services
If you decide you want us to execute our vision for your project, we will send you a contract for design services that outlines our scope of work. When this is signed, your project (and the fun) begins! Our team will work with you (and your builder and/or architect as applicable) to guide you through the design process from start to finish as efficiently as possible with an eye on timing and budget. As needed, we prepare floor plans, renderings/drawings, budget spreadsheets and Schedules for the purchase of materials, fixtures and finishes. We keep the researching, sourcing, ordering/purchasing, and delivery organized, on track, and handle all details. Most importantly, our goal is to keep the design process fun so it leads to a client-centered result that your family will enjoy.
Full service design services are charged at an hourly rate unless a flat fee arrangement is proposed and accepted - please inquire.
